If you are a Senior Architect, we’re looking for someone who has:

• Leadership and mentoring abilities to inspire and guide team members.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills with clients and teams.
• Technical expertise in design tools, building codes, and construction methods.
• Problem-solving skills with quick decision-making and adaptability in complex situations.
• Project management skills with strong organization and time management.
• Completion of an accredited bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or design.
• 5+ years of experience in architecture or design.
• Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad or Vijayawada.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Strong conceptual and design skills.
• Ability to develop design options in collaboration with design teams and take initiative in response to project leadership.
• Ability to develop and edit drawings and models related to projects.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently.
• A flexible and open attitude towards new and iterative ways of working.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (spoken).
• Well-rounded project experience in Concept Design and Detailed Design is preferred.
